“Proper Josh” Mason is a 5th generation San Diego native with roots as old as California. Currently centrally located in South Temecula, “Proper Josh” is comfortably able to serve clients from South Orange, Riverside, and North San Diego Counties.  “Proper Josh” began his real estate journey as an architectural designer at one of Southern California’s most prestigious firms, where he constantly found himself helping his clients find and purchase the proper property upon which to build their dream homes.  Though initially focused on land acquisition, “Proper Josh” is now serving select clients by helping them buy and sell homes and land.
